Epicor Kinetic ERP Functional Consultant (Manufacturing Focus)

Location: Remote / Hybrid (U.S.-based preferred)
Experience: 5–12+ years

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a Functional Consultant specializing in Epicor Kinetic ERP with strong expertise in manufacturing environments. This role will focus on delivering ERP implementations for mid-market manufacturing organizations including Engineer-to-Order (ETO), Configure-to-Order (CTO), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Make-to-Stock (MTS).

 

Key Responsibilities

– Lead full-cycle ERP implementations
– Conduct manufacturing process workshops
– Configure modules: BOM, MRP, Production, Scheduling, Quality
– Define and document functional requirements
– Support UAT, training, and go-live
– Drive process optimization and continuous improvement

 

Required Qualifications

– 5+ years ERP consulting experience
– Hands-on Epicor Kinetic ERP experience
– Strong understanding of manufacturing processes
– Experience with production planning, inventory, and shop floor execution

 

Preferred Qualifications

– Experience with ETO/CTO manufacturing environments
– Exposure to MES, CPQ, and integrations
– Prior experience with Epicor partners

 

Compensation

Competitive base salary with uncapped commission structure and performance-based incentives aligned with revenue growth.

This role will focus on ERP implementations for wholesale and distribution businesses including inventory optimization, pricing, order management, and supply chain execution.

– Lead ERP implementations for distribution clients
– Conduct business process workshops (Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay)
– Configure modules: Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, Purchasing
– Support UAT, training, and go-live
– Optimize supply chain and warehouse operations

 

Required Qualifications

– 5+ years ERP consulting experience
– Hands-on Epicor Prophet 21 experience
– Strong understanding of distribution business processes
– Experience with pricing strategies, inventory control, and fulfillment

Senior Sales Executive / Account Executive – Epicor Solutions (Kinetic & Prophet 21)

 

Role Overview

We are seeking a high-performing Sales Individual Contributor with strong experience in selling ERP solutions into mid-market Manufacturing and Distribution organizations. This role is responsible for driving new business, managing the full sales cycle, and positioning Epicor Kinetic and Epicor Prophet 21 as strategic solutions for business transformation.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, discovery, solution positioning, proposal, negotiation, and closure
  • Build and manage a qualified pipeline of mid-market opportunities in Manufacturing and Distribution
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with C-level stakeholders (CEO, CFO, COO, CIO)
  • Conduct business discovery conversations to uncover operational pain points and align ERP solutions
  • Position and sell Epicor Kinetic (Manufacturing ERP) and Epicor Prophet 21 (Distribution ERP)
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, solution consultants, and delivery teams to craft compelling proposals
  • Drive value-based selling focused on ROI, operational efficiency, and scalability
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting in CRM
  • Represent Acuvera Tech at industry events, webinars, and campaigns

 

Ideal Candidate Profile

 

Experience

  • 7–15 years of experience in ERP / enterprise software sales
  • Proven success selling into mid-market Manufacturing companies (ETO, CTO, MTO environments preferred)
  • Proven success selling into mid-market Distribution companies (wholesale, industrial distribution)
  • Direct experience selling Epicor Kinetic and/or Epicor Prophet 21 (strongly preferred)
  • Experience working with or through channel partners / SI ecosystem is a plus

Core Competencies

  • Strong consultative selling and business problem-solving skills
  • Ability to engage C-suite stakeholders and lead strategic conversations
  • Deep understanding of manufacturing and distribution operations
  • Experience with complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

Performance Expectations

  • Consistently meet or exceed annual quota targets
  • Build a robust pipeline (3–5x quota coverage)
  • Drive predictable revenue growth for the Epicor practice
  • Contribute to account expansion and long-term client relationships
